Sauce a raspberry:
All fruit to cut a fine cube, accurately to mix with powdered
sugar and citric juice. A rice paper to put for some seconds
about warm water, to get and turn in it fruit. Two tubules
to put a tick, to decorate with the staying cut fruit. On
one tubule to water a path from a mango of sauce, on another
crimson, around to water the same sauces.
Sauce of a mango: pulp of fruit with sugar, water and citric
juice to mix and evaporate up to a consistence of sauce
that held the form on a plate, to filter a sieve.
Sauce a raspberry: a raspberry with sugar, water to mix
and evaporate up to a consistence of sauce that held the
form on a plate, to wipe through a sieve.
