Salmon to cut a cube 8х8 mm, to mix with onions the cut
half ring with addition of soya sauce, pepper black and
oils vegetative and to leave to be pickled not less than
2 hours. Then in a pickled salmon to add the cleared shrimps,
an avocado slices. Salad to lay out on a plate, with top
to sauce, decorate with red caviar.
Sauce honey: all ingredient to mix a nimbus, to finish with
taste salt and pepper.
